• 7-Day Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

• Apparel Conditions: Clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

• Fragrance Conditions: Due to hygiene standards, perfume bottles can only be returned if they are unopened and the original packaging/seal is completely intact.

• Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged bottle or wrong item, take a picture and contact our support immediately. We will replace it for free.
